Yoshie is a highly accomplished pianist and violinist with a deep passion for both performance and education. She began her musical journey at a young age and has since earned impressive qualifications, including the Associate in Music Australia for both piano and violin in 2021, and the Licentiate in Music Australia for piano in 2023. In 2022, she achieved third place in the prestigious Steinway Youth Piano Competition Australia, while also completing Grade 5 Music Theory and Grade 6 Musicianship. Yoshie’s performance highlights include her rendition of the Finale from Bruch’s Violin Concerto No. 1 and Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No. 1, Movement 1, both of which she performed at the Melbourne Recital Centre.

In addition to her achievements as a performer, Yoshie has gained extensive experience in solo and ensemble settings, participating in State Music Camps, Eisteddfod competitions, and various public performances. As the leader of Senior String Ensembles and Quartets, she has honed her organisational and leadership skills. Yoshie is passionate about nurturing the next generation of musicians, drawing from her own positive experiences as a young musician to inspire a love for music in children. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes both technical development and artistic expression, guiding her students toward becoming well-rounded musicians.
