Jeremy Qi

Having started his musical journey with the violin in 2008, Jeremy Qi has maintained his passion for the instrument and has made it his focus to teach and become the best musician he can be. Being classically trained through the AMEB curriculum, Jeremy is in the midst of preparing to attain his Associate in Music, Australia (AMusA), as well as a Bachelor of Music Performance at Melbourne University.

Jeremy also has extensive experience playing in several musical ensembles. At the time of his high school graduation, he was the concertmaster of the String Orchestra and the Chamber strings, as well as playing first violin in the string quartet. In addition, Jeremy attended the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra Summer School Program in 2019, playing first violin in the Symphonic Orchestra.

Being highly experienced at teaching the AMEB system to both kids and adults, Jeremy brings a passionate approach to helping players improve their technique and reach their musical goals in all of his violin classes.
