Music Time School is always looking for more music teachers who want to share their love of music with others. We believe that the musical world is diverse and ever-expanding, and thus accept players from all genres of music.
Desired Qualifications in a Teacher:
- -Tertiary qualification in music or music qualification to an advanced level in your instrument (e.g. AMUS)
- -Working with Children’s Check
- -Experience with AMEB syllabus or equivalent
Reasons to Join MTS:
- -We take care of administrative duties so that you don’t! This includes lesson scheduling, billing, and marketing. We will bring students to you, so that you can focus on teaching.
- -Performance opportunities – MTS holds annual concerts and recitals, and regularly invite our teachers out to gigs in the community.
- -Full-time or part-time opportunities – work on a schedule that works for you!
- -Neutral location – hold lessons at our on-site location, so that there’s no need to travel to a student’s home or bring them to your home!
- -Privacy protection – MTS will keep your personal information private and confidential
- -Zoom classes – not technologically gifted? We’ll help set up lessons on Zoom for you when lessons need to be held online.
